11.) How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Ans: If there is nothing wrong with the item and you just want to return it, please note that some it will not be possible for us to accept the returns. However you can still try to fill up the return form and we will decide based on our Return & Refund Policy

15.) Do I get the full amount returned/refunded to me for a Returned item?

Ans: Shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance. You will be refunded the shipping fees for returned items which are damaged in transit or faulty and/or defective.
